'Two and a Half Men' Actress Aly Michalka, Former Disney Star, Is Engaged

The former Disney star, now appearing on "Two and a Half Men," is set to wed her boyfriend of more than a year, Stephen Ringer.

"So this happened.....7/8" she wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of her ring.

"Wanted to share the exciting news! Feel very blessed to know such a great love #engaged x Aly" she added on Twitter.

Michalka, 25, is in a band with her younger sister, AJ, called 78Violet. She also has worked steadily in acting since her teens, with roles in the Disney Channel's "Phil of the Future," and a CW show called "Hellcats."

The bride-to-be first hinted at the engagement late yesterday, posting a photo of herself with AJ. A ring is visible on her left hand.

"Hmmm....no one's noticed yet. #Lookcloser," she wrote.
