Lohan's Attorney Denies Actress Stole Necklace

Lindsay Lohan's attorney denied that the recently rehabbed starlet would face felony grand theft charges in connection with a $2,500 gold necklace. "We vehemently deny these allegations and, if charges are filed, we will fight them in court, not in the press," Shawn Chapman Holley, Lohan's attorney, said in an e-mail to ABC News.
