April 2, 2011— -- Lindsay Lohan and Betty Ford Center employee Dawn Holland are heard yelling in a newly released 911 tape on December 12, 2010, that resulted in a police investigation.

"I have a problem because Lindsay Lohan pushed me and hit me with a phone while I was trying to talk to you," Holland is heard saying on the call.

"So you want to file charges against her," responds the sheriff.

"Yes, I think I do," she responds.

The two women struggle for the phone for six minutes during the call from the Palm Desert rehab facility.

"I am sorry," says Lohan on the phone call. "I'm really uncomfortable with the woman that is in our house. I've never seen her before and she's freaking me out"

Holland returns to the line and threatens to press charges against the 24-year-old actress.

"Lindsay, you need to pack your (expletive)," Holland told the actress."Cause now I'm getting ready to file charges on you."

"What, you want money?" asked Lohan.

Holland claimed to the dispatcher that Lohan and two other residents left the property without permission, smelled of alcohol and refused breathalyzer tests.

Lohan alleged Holland was the instigator, and prosecutors dropped the case citing insufficient evidence. Holland was eventually fired from the rehab center for breaking patient confidentiality rules.

"I did not touch the woman. I am not willing to risk my job over any patient," Holland told TMZ after the incident.
