The new members of the "Star Wars: Episode VII" cast were announced this week in addition to the old legends from the series like Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill.
Hamill, in particular, showed his excitment today by tweeting about meeting and working with the new group.
"Star Wars" newbies include "Girls" star Adam Driver, John Boyeta, Daisy Ridley, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson and Oscar nominee Max von Sydow.
"UK table read -- I was knocked out by the diverse & extraordinarily talented new cast members," he posted. "WOW they're good! The saga is in superb hands."
Hamill, who played Luke Skywalker in the original three films from the '70s and '80s, also tweeted "Finally I can officially say: I'M IN!!! #StarWars #StarWarsEpVII" when the announcement was made earlier this week.
