Former Spice Girl Melanie "Mel B" Brown's temporary restraining order against estranged husband Stephen Belafonte was dissolved today in California court, ABC News has confirmed.

Brown had been granted the order in April ahead of the duo's divorce trial, which was set to begin later this month.

In addition to agreeing to dissolve the restraining order, both parties reached an agreement on custody of their six-year-old daughter Madison, which they share.
