"Dancers Among Us," a collection of dance photographs taken by Jordan Matter, is a book of dancers leaping, spinning, lifting, and kicking in the midst of daily life. It is part of an ongoing project that began in the spring of 2009. This picture, by Jeffrey Smith, was taken in the subways beneath New York's Times Square.
