Bethenny Frankel, seen here holding a bottle of her "Skinny Girl Margarita," tells "20/20" that being the focus her own show, "Bethenny Ever After," has both its rewards and challenges. At 21 years old, Christian Siriano entered reality TV stardom as the youngest winner of Bravo's "Project Runway." It wasn't long until he was thrust into the real world of the fashion business. "They kind of leave you on your own," says Siriano about his experience after winning. "I don't know how I've done it. … I'm really good at just pretending like I know what I'm doing." Three years later, Siriano shows his collections at New York Fashion Week, sells his ready-to-wear line at high-end department stores, and has created an affordable shoe and accessories line carried by Payless Shoesource stores nationwide. Click here to watch Siriano tell his favorite story: designing a dress for Lady Gaga.

Marissa DuBois's lavish Sweet 16 birthday party and over-the-top antics – including having her dog painted pink -- were featured on the MTV series "My Super Sweet 16." She later appeared on MTV's follow-up series, "Exiled", which sent the teen to live and work in small village in India. DuBois said the trip was a "big change" from her leisure-filled life in the U.S. Today, DuBois works two jobs while pursuing a music career and says she's happy on her own.
