Spanish actress Penelope Cruz caused a commotion on the quay in an elegant Marchesa gown and reportedly more than 60 carats of Chopard diamonds May 17. With all that bling, Cruz didn't have to worry about the lack of co-star power at the press preview of "Vicky Cristina Barcelona." Starlet Scarlett Johansson, whom Cruz shares a steamy kiss with in the film, was absent from the film's preview at the Cannes Film Festival.
