After being attacked last month in a bookstore, singer Leona Lewis said that she'd always been resilient. She told the British Sun, "I'm from Hackney, so I'm hard. I'm not going to let something like that bother me. When you grow up where I did, you learn to move on." Lewis was allegedly punched in the face at a book signing in central London by a man named Peter Kowalczyk. He was held under a mental health act and charged with assault.
