— -- Prince William may not be quite ready for "Dancing With the Stars" -- and has been teased about his dance moves before by both his wife, Kate, and brother, Harry -- but the future king showed off his best moves today at a youth center in London.

The Duke of Cambridge, 34, visited the Caius House Youth Center in Battersea, London, which provides an outlet for young people as they're figuring out the challenges of moving into adulthood.

The heir to the British throne got his groove on with the Scariofunk Dance Collective at the Center but admitted he's a bit awkward.

"I can never get the shoulder shiver right," William said as he asked for some tips. "There is no pressure, because I will look ridiculous."

One of the young people gave William a five out of 10 for his dancing, but a 10 out of 10 for effort.

William, always a good sport, jumped right in with the teenagers. The youth center, one of the largest in the area, provides a safe place for kids to let loose and encourages creativity.

William, Kate and Harry have made the emotional well-being of young people the cornerstone of their charitable endeavors through their foundation, The Royal Foundation.

The trio recently established the Heads Together campaign to help end the stigma around mental health and depression and have encouraged young people to speak up and reach out when they're struggling.

William also took time at the youth center today to show his skills in the kitchen at a baking class and visited with children who were learning about boxing and another group that was painting.

Prince William and Kate will depart for Canada next week with their two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, for their first official royal tour as a family of four.
