— -- Sandra Bullock's son Louis is only 5 years old, but he's already a blossoming songwriter.

The Oscar winner revealed that for Mother's Day, her son penned a song for her.

"I didn't have the heart to tell him that he plagiarized," she said during a visit to "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." "The song was about, 'There was a mama I love so much and Sandy was her name-o.'... He played the harmonica in between and then he just kept looking at me and it's too much."

Bullock, 50, revealed in 2010 that she adopted Louis from New Orleans as an infant. Now, she's making sure to take her "beautiful" son -- whom she describes as "all boy with a really tender heart" -- back to the Big Easy whenever she can.

"We were just there for Mardis Gras," she revealed. "I think if you're gonna learn, you're gonna learn!"
