What seemed like the perfect recipe for life long love imploded like so many souffles when Klum revealed that the two were separating after nearly seven years of marriage. Now the dirt's coming out -- TMZ claims Klum has been shopping for lawyers for weeks, while People says that the couple's argument ridden holiday trip to Aspen was the final straw.

Russell Brand filed for divorce from singer Katy Perry just before the new year. "Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I'll always adore her and I know we'll remain friends," he said in a statement Dec. 30. Perry, 27, and Brand were married Oct. 23, 2010 in India after a whirlwind romance. But the demise of their marriage seemed evident when they spent the holidays an ocean apart. Now, Brand, who did not sign a prenuptial agreement, stands to gain as much as $20 million from the divorce.

Currently, the Oscar-winning actress is having Aubry investigated after he allegedly cursed at and pushed the nanny who works for both of them.
"Halle Berry is going to court trying to block Gabriel from even seeing the child while all of this is going on," TMZ's Harvey Levin told ABC News.
Berry, 45, reportedly became engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez earlier this month. It will be her third marriage.

"After long and careful consideration on both our parts, we've decided to end our marriage," the couple said in a statement released by Reynolds' publicist today. "We entered our relationship with love and it's with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn't expected, it's certainly appreciated."
Johansson, 27, started dating Reynolds, 35, in 2007. The couple announced their engagement in May 2008 and married that September in Vancouver, B.C.
Since their breakup, Johansson briefly dated actor Sean Penn and Reynolds is currently linked to Blake Lively.
