Canada's National Gingerbread Showcase 2012

Ryan Timothy Townsend's "Chateau" gingerbread house is on display at the Inn at Laurel Point in Victoria, British Columbia. Some of the pastry chefs participating Canada's National Gingerbread Showcase spend up to two months crafting their gingerbread houses.
