Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin posed, un-airbrushed, on the cover of Newsweek shortly after she was tapped to be Sen. John McCain's running mate for the 2008 presidential election. However, the news magazine caught flack for the cover photo, with many Palin supporters saying the tight shot of "Mama Grizzly" was unflattering. (Newsweek)
