Kate Gosselin Speeding Ticket
Kate Gosselin may want to reconsider driving fast. The Intelligencer Journal/Lancaster New Era reports the star of TLC's "Kate Plus 8" pleaded guilty by mail to a speeding ticket for going 88 mph in a 65 mph zone last month in central Pennsylvania. Gosselin claims that she was rushing home to see her children. State police state that she paid $174 in fines and court costs.

NY Court Wants Prince to Pay $4M in Perfume Lawsuit
According to the New York Post, Madonna is being sued by her neighbor Karen George for playing her music too loudly. According to George's lawsuit, she was bombarded by "blaring music, stomping and shaking walls" for up to three hours each day. The suit will go to trial later this year.

T.I. Back in Federal Custody
A New York court is recommending that Prince should pay nearly $4 million to perfume company after they claimed that the singer failed to promote and market their scent, the Associated Press reported. Prince's lawyer told New York Law Journal that singer would contest the award, the AP reported.

TI Back in Federal Prison
T.I. is back in federal custody just 24 hrs. after getting out of prison. T.I.'s attorney, Steve Sadow, tells E! the luxury coach that chauffeured the rapper on his trip to Atlanta from prison in Arkansas was a problem for officials."We are awaiting the opportunity to quickly resolve whatever the issue may be that the Bureau of Prisons has with T.I.'s method of transportation," Sadow said.
