After a slew of tweets about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Kim Kardashian is back in more familiar territory, promoting boyfriend Kanye West through Twitter. She tweeted photos of shoes designed by Italian heel crafter Giuseppe Zanotti in honor of West's "Cruel Summer" album, though she may have drawn more attention to her body than the shoes by seemingly not wearing pants.
