Michael Brewer is shown in this photo as he is booked into jail in West Palm Beach, Fla., March 21, 2013. Brewer, 18, is charged with possession of cocaine, marijuana and a controlled substance without a prescription. Brewer was severely burned in 2009 when he was 15, after three teens doused him with rubbing alcohol and set him on fire. Those teens were convicted and are serving prison time.
