Octavia Spencer admitted on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show that she wasn't able to properly celebrate her Screen Actors Guild Award win because she was wearing three pairs of waist-slimming Spanx. "I could not party that night because I was being pinched in places that I didn't know it was possible," she said. Spencer also told reporters that she's not healthy at her current weight.
