Lindsay Lohan has found some inspiration in the piano man. Her new tattoo reads: "clear as a crystal, sharp as a knife I feel like I'm in the prime of my life," which are lyrics from Billy Joel's song, "I Go to Extremes" released in 1989.A source close to Lohan told TMZ.com, the lyrics were chosen because of all that she has been through and "it signifies that she's focused."
