'Mugly' Crowned World's Ugliest Dog

Mugly, a Chinese crested dog, owned by Bev Nicholson of Peterborough, England won the title of "World's Ugliest Dog" at the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma, California, on Friday, June 22, 2012.
