Drew and Tom Wed — Again
July 10 -- What is this — a marriage or a comedy routine? Comedian Tom Green and actress Drew Barrymore tied the knot this weekend in Malibu, Calif., but whether it's for the first time or not still isn't clear.
The prank-prone couple announced their engagement in July 2000 to the skeptical media and then launched a series of conflicting "are they or aren't they" wedding announcements.
After promising — and failing — to wed Barrymore on Saturday Night Live last November, Green began telling the press in April that he and his new bride had secretly tied the knot in the meantime. He also said Drew was pregnant — and then quickly said he was only joking.
In any event, attending this latest, and apparently official, wedding were fellow Charlie's Angels Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu, Daily Variety reports. Also on hand were Drew's long-estranged mother, Jaid Barrymore, and Green's long-suffering parents. For their sake, we hope they were called on to buy only one wedding present each.
