Music Notes: Radiohead Releases 'Amnesiac'

June 6 -- When Radiohead dishes up leftovers, they're hardly a stale remnant of the original serving.

The British alternative rock act, which earned a Grammy for last year's Kid A, is out with Amnesiac, a fresh album containing excess material from that recording session.

Thom Yorke and his bandmates continue to experiment with electronic stylings on the 11-track album, beginning with the song "Packed Like Sardines in a Crushed Tin Box" and the five-minute "Pyramid Song."

The release is a far cry from mainstream rock, as the band continues to instrument, moving further away from the more conventional songwriting that earned them hits with songs like Karma Police and Creep.

Radiohead will test out their new material in concert this summer. The band is gearing up for a national tour, with ticket information expected soon.

Madonna's Quick Change Act

The pop diva is bringing along her closet for her upcoming summer tour.

Madonna will be rushing on and off stage throughout her gigs for costume changes as she mimics the look of characters as diverse as a cowgirl and a geisha.

Jean Paul Gaultier is among the designers helping create her fashions. The New York Daily News reports fans will be treated to a punk Madonna on the guitar and a Madonna geisha girl. She'll dress up like a cowgirl for "Don't Tell Me," and even manages to fit in an Evita-inspired senorita look.

Destiny's Child Taps Stevie Nicks

Rosie O'Donnell helped Destiny's Child cast their new video.

The top-selling trio samples a Stevie Nicks song on their track "Bootylicious," and the talk show host helped them get Nicks to appear in the video.

"We actually met [Stevie] at The Rosie O'Donnell show in New York," said member Kelly Rowland while attending the launch of the Candies Foundation to prevent teen pregnancy. "We told her we were shooting 'Bootylicious' in less than three days and she was like, 'I'm gonna do it.'"

The video is partly a tribute to Michael Jackson, with recreations of some of his classic moves. Nicks is seen playing guitar and was also a bit of a cheerleader off the set.
