January 12 -- Who's the smartest of the Backstreet Boys? And how do they stand up against R&B singer Sisqo, Metallica's Lars Ulrich, KISS' Gene Simmons, the Dixie Chicks' Emily Robison, and Sugar Ray's Mark McGrath?

All of those stars will test their mental mettle as they battle in two February episodes of popular quiz show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, according to an announcement from ABC.

Perhaps Nick Carter and Howie Dorough have the biggest brains of the pop quintet only those two will take the floor, with remaining members Kevin Richardson, A.J. McLean, and Brian Littrell relegated to the peanut gallery.

As is standard for the Regis Philbin-hosted show, the questions will encompass a broad range of general knowledge, and each contestant will be allowed three "lifelines" for help.

One option allows the stars to call a friend for assistance which could lead to interesting phone calls. While its unlikely Ulrich will consult college dropout and computer whiz Shawn Fanning, founder of Napster, perhaps his band's legal team will be able to provide him with advice. Will Carter fall back on the girl power of Britney Spears or Christina Aguilera? Will McGrath call his girlfriend? Or his mother?

The shows, scheduled for a Feb. 1 taping, will air Feb. 11 and Feb. 14. Though not all the stars are guaranteed a one-on-one with Regis they have to fight for the hot seat like everyone else they are all guaranteed $32,000 for the charity of their choice.
