January 16 -- Actor Roger Moore was shaken, not stirred, after he and his partner escaped injury in a car accident Saturday. The former James Bond, who appeared in numerous spy classics like For Your Eyes Only and The Spy Who Loved Me, walked away from an accident that could have caused serious injury thanks to his car's airbags.

A car carrying Moore, 73, and his Swedish partner, Christina Tholstrup, from an airport in southwestern Sweden to a television studio was rammed by another vehicle, Swedish tabloid Aftonbladet reported Monday.

Moore and Tholstrup suffered only minor aches because their car's protective airbags inflated on impact, according to the tab. True to his unbreakable Bond image, Moore would not cancel his scheduled TV appearance or even go to a hospital, despite admitting to having rib pain.
