December 13 -- The Latin pop star who crossed over to the Top 40 meets the Top 40 star who crossed over to Latin pop: Yes, Christina Aguilera is recording with Ricky Martin.

But don't expect to hear "Shake Your Bon-Bon in a Bottle" or "Livin' Mi Reflejo" the two will collaborate on "Nobody Wants to Be Lonely," a song from Martin's latest LP, Sound Loaded. Their new recording is planned for release as the album's second single, according to Sony.

In its fourth week on the Billboard charts, Sound Loaded will come in at No. 22, according to SoundScan data. Aguilera's 1999 self-titled debut, in its 68th week on the charts, is only nine slots behind, at No. 31.

The teen singer also recently rescheduled two performances in Mexico City for Jan. 16 and 17, after having to cancel shows in November because of throat infection.
