Cher Graces Must-See TV
October 20 -- They'll probably have to peel Jack (Sean Hayes) off the ceiling for this one: Cher is coming to visit Will & Grace this season. Apparently the "Believe" songstress was flattered enough by Jack's obsession with her to grace the show with her personage.
The diva shot a guest spot as herself on the Emmy-winning NBC sitcom on Tuesday, USA Today reports. NBC will air the episode, titled "Gypsies, Tramps, and Thieves," on Nov. 16, which just happens to be during sweeps.
Cher's appearance will have Jack, Will (Eric McCormack), and Grace (Debra Messing) in a bit of tizzy, we're sure. And we're betting that resident diva Karen (Megan Mullally) will have plenty of snide things to say about the VIP visit.
After all, there's so much to dish about with the taller half of Sonny and Cher: her fashion sense, her extensive plastic surgery, her younger boyfriends, and — especially pertinent on a show with two gay lead characters — how slow she was to come around to accepting that her daughter, Chastity, is gay.
