Tom Bergeron Announces ‘AFV’ Tickle Challenge for Toys for Tots on ‘GMA’

Funds will help the needy this holiday season.

— -- “America’s Funniest Home Videos” host Tom Bergeron appeared on “Good Morning America” today to launch ABC’s campaign to raise money for Toys for Tots.

This is “America’s Funniest Home Videos”’s 25th anniversary and Bergeron’s last season on the show.

As part of ABC Television Group’s Season of Service Campaign with Toys for Tots, “America’s Funniest Home Videos” will help donate funds to children and families in need this holiday season. Bergeron announced a tickle challenge, whereby he asked that people upload funny 25-second videos of themselves being tickled. “AFV” will donate $5 for each video uploaded today through November 15, to a maximum donation of $25,000.

This 25th season of “AFV” premieres next month. It will be Bergeron’s 15th and final season as host of the show, but he continues as the co-host of ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars.”
