Dec. 5, 2005 — -- A New York plastic surgeon is offering the ultimate makeover. For $1 million, he will revamp a patient head-to-toe.

Dr. Stephen T. Greenberg already has a patient. Judi Campisi, a 44-year-old mother of four from Long Island, N.Y. Greenberg says Campisi can have it all -- arms like Charlize Theron, sculpted cheekbones like Meryl Streep, or to-die-for looks like Halle Berry.

"Eventually someone came to me and said: 'I want the ultimate package,'" he said. "The million-dollar makeover includes personal chefs, wardrobe consultant a lot of after-care. I don't think anyone needs it, but it can help."

The lifetime-care package includes carte blanche skin treatments, like chemical peels and laser hair removal; collagen injections; and a hairstylist. On top of that, the patient spends a month recuperating at a high-end hotel.

After raising four kids, Campisi says she is ready to be pampered.

"It's time for me, and I can do it and I want to do it," she said. "After having four children, I lost quite a few pounds, a lot of inches, and things fell into the wrong places."

Campisi plans to get some skin tightened around her face and some botox. She would also like a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation. She said she wants improvements, but nothing that will drastically change the way she looks.

She is not alone. There were reportedly five million cosmetic treatments in 2005, including three million botox injections, 260,000 breast augmentations, and 305,500 nose jobs.

Campisi said she discussed it with her husband and said she talked him into it, even though some of her kids think she is crazy for spending all the money.

Greenberg said the package costs about the same as it would if it were done piecemeal. Botox costs about $375, and a breast augmentation costs $3,400.

Campisi, who watches what she eats and exercises regularly, said the procedure will be worth it.

"I hope this makes me look fabulous," Campisi said. "Ten or 15 years from now, who knows how I'll feel. This is what I want to do. It's not for everyone, but it's for me."
