In Step 7, we'll look at how important natural remedies and supplements can be to make up for nutritional lapses, as well as to treat minor ailments. Step 8 presents practical ways to relax and rejuvenate yourself right on campus, so you can stay mentally and emotionally healthy, as well. Step 9 will help you to see how you can start demanding access to health everywhere you go by becoming a conscious eater, day in and day out. This means knowing where your food came from, how it was grown, how it got to you, and whether or not you're going to choose to support these practices—you have all the power!
