For Waffles:
In a mixing bowl, combine the water and waffle mix with a wire wisk or electric mixer. Add eggs and butter to mixture, and mix thoroughly. Heat waffle iron to 375 degrees and lightly spray waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour 6 ounces of waffle mixture in waffle iron, and cook until golden brown. Remove waffle from waffle iron, and place on plate. Sprinkle powdered sugar evenly across the waffle.
For Wings:
Take whole wings and cut at the joint between drumstick and flat portion of wing. Once all the wings have been cut, place in a large bowl. In same bowl, pour two cups of vinegar on top of wings. Sprinkle 1 tbls of cayenne pepper and 3/4 cup of seasoning evenly over wings. Using hands, mix wings with vinegar, cayenne pepper and seasoning thoroughly.
Cover bowl and let wings marinate for at least 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. In another large bowl, combine 7 cups of flour with 1 tbls garlic powder, 1 tbls onion powder, 1 tbls salt and 1 tbsp of lemon pepper, and mix thoroughly with a wire wisk.
Once wings have been marinated, remove wings from refrigerator and mix again with hands. Place wings in flour mixture and coat evenly making sure to cover completely. Remove wings from flour and lightly pat off excess flour. Preheat fryer to 325 degrees. Cook wings for 10 minutes. If using a deep fryer, place no more than 9 wings per basket while in deep fryer. Remove from wings from the fryer and place on a plate to cool.
Place waffle in the middle of a large plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Take 3 wing drums and 3 wing flats and lay them, alternating one drum, one flat, around the waffle. Take one large strawberry and cut off top. Place strawberry, cut side down, onto middle of waffle.
