Vegetable Soup

Stay Warm and Healthy During the Winter

Ingredients

  • 3 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 medium organic carrot, remove top
  • 1 1/2 celery stalk
  • 1 red onion, peeled
  • 2 vine ripe tomatoes
  • 1 small red pepper, seeded
  • 1 small red potato, washed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking Directions

    Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) for 8 minutes. Serve.

    Note: Use the tamper as needed to assist in the blending process.

    Optional: When the soup is hot, add a cooked chicken breast and pulse a couple time to make chicken vegetable soup.
