'Eat and Greet': Cuban Seafood Stew

On this week's "Eat and Greet," ABC News' Katrina Szish went inside the kitchen of the hot Times Square District Cuban restaurant Havana Central to bring you executive chef Stanley Licairac's recipe for Mariscada, Cuban seafood stew.

Ingredients

4 littleneck clams
4 scallops
4 shrimp, cleaned, size 16/20
6 mussels, in shell
¼ piece of fish (Licairac prefers salmon)
¾ cup tomato sauce
¾ cup fish stock
¼ cup white wine
¼ cup olive oil
2 pinches parsley, fresh, diced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1½ tsp garlic, minced
