Inexpensive, versatile and easy to prepare, who doesn't love chicken? Whether you like it roasted or fried, on your pizza or grilled, these dishes are guaranteed to help you out of a recipe rut.

Here are some of our favorite chicken recipes that are guaranteed to take your dinners from boring to exciting.

Pretzels create a delicious crunchy crust on these chicken breasts. The cheddar mustard dipping sauce is easy to make while the chicken is cooking.

This easy barbecue sauce recipe will keep in the fridge for weeks. Grill the chicken for 10 minutes without the sauce, then baste it until it gets a nice caramel color.

Lemon, garlic, rosemary and sage give this simple roasted chicken fantastic flavor. Cooking the chicken at 450 degrees for the first 10 minutes is the secret to its crispy skin.

A great way to use leftover chicken, this pizza is also topped with fontina cheese and sauteed peppers. Season the pizza and garnish with fresh parsley.

Prep the chicken the night before by coating the pieces in spices and flour. Fry them first at 325 degrees and then at 365 degrees for the best fried chicken you've ever had.

Excellent as an appetizer or an entree, these tropical skewers are marinated and then grilled. Serve them with a papaya salad and garnish with peanuts and green onions.

This recipe is a quick and easy family dinner. Stuff the rolled tortillas with chicken and spinach, top with the green enchilada sauce and cheese and bake.
