The Best Easter Brunch Recipes

The countdown to Easter is on but if you have not yet planned your perfect brunch menu, have no fear. Recipes that your brunch guests will devour are here, with chefs from Emeril Lagasse to Sunny Anderson and Ina Garten sharing their treats.

This french toast is made with buttery brioche and soaked with eggs, cream, orange juice and spices. Feel free to substitute whatever fruit jam you have on hand in place of the marmalade jam and cream cheese for the mascarpone.
