Make the ultimate double burger for Dad. Make a pattie out of bratwurst, another out of ground beef, top with gruyere cheese and serve on pretzel rolls.

If your dad loves everything grilled, he'll love this fruit smoothie. Sweet watermelon gets a nice smokey flavor from the grill and works as a nice dessert after a filling barbecue.
