Eligibility: "Good Morning America's Great Gatsby VIP Getaway" Sweepstakes (also referred to as "Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

As a condition of winning the prize, the winner must be available for travel on April 30, 2013.

1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees) who have, within (6) six months prior to the start date of the Promotion, performed services for Sponsor, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Plaza IP Holdings LLC (USA), Tiffany & Co., Brooks Brothers Group, Inc., MAC Cosmetics, Administrator, or any companies responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prizes, or persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of Good Morning America ("Producer") and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, grandchildren, step-grandchildren, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three consecutive months a year, whether related or not.

2. Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins on or about 7:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") on April 4, 2013 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on April 18, 2013 ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

To enter, navigate the Internet to www.goodmorningamerica.com and click on "Good Morning America's Great Gatsby VIP Getaway" Sweepstakes image which will take you to the Sweepstakes home page. You must be a registered member of ABCNews.com or one of the WDIG Family of Sites to enter or you may become a member. Registration is free and only required once. Enter as follows:

a) If you are an existing ABCNews.com member, simply sign in on the Sweepstakes home page with your current member name and password.

b) If you are not an ABCNews.com member, you can register by clicking on the link located on the Sweepstakes home page. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, mailing address with zip code/postal code, phone number, e-mail address, gender, birthday, country, and to select a username and password.

You may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from the WDIG Family of Sites or from third parties. Consenting to receive promotional or reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning.

Upon submission, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You will not receive an acknowledgement. Free internet access is available at most public libraries.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per day, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses or accounts a person may have. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties, are prohibited. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Sweepstakes website or registration form is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with ABC.com's privacy policy, available at http://corporate.disney.go.com/corporate/pp.html.

Sponsor and Administrator (as hereinafter defined) will not be responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm ET on April 18, 2013, when the Sweepstakes ends. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

3. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Grand Prize (1 winner): The winner ("Winner") will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to New York City ("Trip") to attend the premiere screening of The Great Gatsby.

Trip consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner's legal U.S. residence (as selected by Sponsor) to a New York City area airport (as selected by Sponsor); two (2) night's accommodations (one deluxe guestroom) at The Plaza Hotel including round trip airport ground transportation for two guests (with hotel components including breakfast for two (In Room Dining or The Palm Court), Dinner for two in the Todd English Food Hall, Fitzgerald Tea for the Ages for two (2) in The Palm Court, Hair Styling by Warren-Tricomi Salon, Make-up application by a MAC makeup artist, Fogal Hosiery Gift Bag and Gatsby Hour in the Rose Club). Prize also includes a private "Breakfast at Tiffany's" for the winner and one guest; a $1,000 shopping spree at Brooks Brothers; and two (2) VIP tickets to the premiere screening of The Great Gatsby including round trip ground transportation to and from the hotel and premiere.
