Frankie was carried off the mountain by a team of 15 rescuers who battled torrential rains, high winds, frigid temperatures and knee-deep mud.
They say they first knew she was coherent when she asked for ravioli, her favorite food.
"I asked her in English if she wanted a good bath with warm water and we started laughing," said Miguel Burac, one of the first rescuers to arrive at the scene. "I remember she said, 'and I also want a big bed to sleep in'."
