Hoo-aah! Pacino finally won an Oscar for Best Actor, for his portrayal of the cranky, blind retired military man, Lt. Col. Frank Slade in 1992's "Scent of a Woman." That year, he was also nominated for the supporting actor award for "Glengarry Glen Ross," making Pacino the first male actor ever to receive two acting nominations for two different movies in the same year.
