Bethenny Frankel may have made her name in reality TV, but she has become a powerhouse businesswoman with her Skinnygirl line of products, and the bestselling author of "A Place of Yes" and "Naturally Thin."

Try out this recipe from her book, "Naturally Thin," where Frankel shares recipes and rules that allow readers to get thin the natural way, without completely depriving themselves of their favorite foods.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup berries (such as raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: A little bit of Stevia, maple syrup, or honey, if you want it sweeter
  • Cooking Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Add a little bit of Stevia, maple syrup, or honey, if you want to sweeten it.
