Ingredients
Cooking Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a 9 x 12 baking dish with non-stick spray. Line a sheet pan with parchment, to collect any overflow in baking.
For fruit filling:
In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, salt, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside. Leaving the peel on, core all the apples and cut them into 1-inch chunks. Add apples, cranberry, orange juice, and orange zest. Toss all to combine. Add to the prepared baking dish.
For crumble:
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine flour, sugars, salt, oatmeal, orange zest, and cubed butter. Mix together for 1-2 minutes on low speed, or until the mixture resembles large pebbles. Cover the fruit mixture with crumble in an even layer.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crumble is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
