Try This Healthy Alternative to Potato Chips

Give your kids a healthy boost of vitamins with these kale chips. They're just as crunchy and delicious!

Cut off bite size pieces of kale after washing and drying thouroughly use fingertips to brush all pieces of kale front and back with some olive oil and lay on single layer on cookie sheet sprinkle with salt and any other seasonings (garlic salt , cumin, curry add some zest) Bake 8 min for 315 degrees.
