A New Take On Brussels Sprouts
David Myers, executive chef at Comme Ça in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, shares his Sin City-worthy favorite recipes. Check out his deep-fried brussels sprouts recipe here.
Heat fryer to 350°F. Drop brussels sprouts into fryer and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove from fryer, and in a large bowl, toss with parmesan, lemon juice, chili flake, salt and pepper.
