Emeril's Cardamom and White Chocolate Holiday Joe
A Sweet and Warm Coffee Boost
This easy-to-make coffee is a delicious treat. Heat up the milk, add the white chocolate and other spices, and add the coffee.
In a medium sauce pan, over medium low heat, bring the milk just to a simmer. Add the chocolate and whisk until the chocolate has completely melted. Add the vanilla and the cardamom, remove from the heat and let steep for 5 minutes. Divide the coffee and the milk equally between four mugs.
