Chef Spike Mendelsohn's Fried Brussels Sprouts
A new take on this classic vegetable
Jazz up this classic vegetable!
Remove the stem and slice sprouts lengthwise in half.
Heat Canola oil to 350 degrees
Fry the sprouts in Canola oil until they float (about 25 seconds)
Remove from oil and place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Salt and pepper season to taste.
