Preheat oven to 350Â°F.
In a large bowl, using a stand mixer with paddle attachment or handheld mixer, cream together butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time until incorporated. Add vanilla bean paste.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Mix milk and cream together. Add flour mixture and milk/cream mixture in three batches, starting and ending with flour mixture. Continue to beat on medium high for 2 minutes.
Pour batter into a 9 x 13 baking pan and bake for 35 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
This recipe makes about 48 cake pops.
