What should you make with all of the leftover turkey and side dishes? Butchers Erika Nakamura and Amelia Posada of Lindy & Grundy Meats share their recipe for Leftover Thanksgiving Pizza! It is easy to make with the family and it gives the traditional leftover Thanksgiving sandwich a makeover. Posada and Nakamura run a butcher shop in LA, where they offer local, pastured and organic meats. Be sure to save leftovers, so you can whip up their pizza!

Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. *If using pizza stone, preheat in oven as well.
Roll out pizza dough on lightly floured surface. Sprinkle with corn meal and flip dough over.
Spread gravy over dough leaving a 1/2 inch edge.
Layer brussels sprouts, stuffing and cranberry sauce over gravy; top evenly with cheese.
Carefully slide pizza onto preheated pizza stone or pizza pan. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted. Garnish with herbs as desired.
