Chef Brian Malarkey's Rack of Lamb With Tzatziki Sauce

Chef Brian Malarkey has created more than a dozen restaurants, including two in Las Vegas. He is a judge on Food Network’s "Guy’s Grocery Games," was a "Top Chef" finalist and a winning mentor on ABC’s "The Taste." Malarkey appeared on "GMA" to share recipes perfect for the holiday season. Try this rack of lamb at your holiday dinner!


  • 8 bone rack of lamb "local butcher"
  • Lamb Marinade:
  • 2 T Rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 T thyme (chopped)
  • 2 T parsley (chopped)
  • 2 T oregano (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 T chopped garlic
  • Tzatziki Sauce:
  • 1 c Greek yogurt 1 cup
  • 1/4 c English cucumber "grated"
  • 1 T garlic "minced"
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp fresh dill "chopped"
  • 1/2 c red onion "sliced" 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 c cucumber "sliced"
  • Cooking Directions

    Lamb Marinade:

    Mix all ingredients together.


    Marinate lamb for a few hours. Then get your grill hot and ready. Grill lamb chops for 4 minutes each side for a perfect medium.

    Tzatziki Sauce:

    Combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
