"Top Chef" Richard Blais takes your back-to-school meal planning to the next level. Blais has lightened up the traditional chocolate mousse, incorporating avocado.

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocado
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons Dark cocoa powder
  • Cooking Directions

    Shell and pit the avocado.

    Puree the flesh in a blender with the remaining ingredients until smooth like chocolate mousse.
