'GMA' Super Snack Showdown: Juliana Evans' Southern Sweets N' Spice Chicken Burger
Try This Game Day Dish!
The Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots will face off on the field in Houston at Super Bowl LI. "Good Morning America" viewer Juliana Evans appeared on "GMA" to share a delicious game day dish to try on Super Bowl Sunday!
Bake the tube of eight cinnamon rolls according to package instructions and set aside.
Cook one package center cut bacon in oven until crispy about three minutes. Remove and brush with peach jam. Set aside.
In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and then add in two cups of canned sweet potatoes or yams (which ever is available by you) and beat again until smooth. Add in salt.
De-seed two jalapeños, dice and mix in. Set aside for assembly.
Cut each cinnamon roll in half and lightly glaze the top with the icing that came in the cinnamon roll tube.
Place chicken patty followed by spinach or romaine leaves, thinly sliced peaches, peach-glazed bacon pieces, extremely thin red onions, and smear the jalapeno sweet potato cream cheese spread on top bun.
To help these tall burgers to stay together, you may want to skewer them!
