Make These Easy Chocolate Cookies
Whip the egg whites and sugar to soft peaks. Add cocoa powder and salt. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler. Stream the melted chocolate in with the cherry liquor. Once all ingredients are incorporated fold in the coconut.
Allow mixture to set up for two hours in the fridge. Scoop into quarter size balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Place on lined sheet trays and flatten slightly.
Bake in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 18-22 minutes spinning half way through the baking process.
